Experience

Jennifer has been practicing law in Colorado for over 15 years, but more recently transitioned to practicing family law full time. With a background in complex, commercial litigation and appeals, Jennifer understands the steps that need to be taken to successfully prepare a case for trial or reach a mutually agreeable mediated settlement. Having practiced law with some of Denver’s most prestigious firms, Jennifer understands the importance of professionalism, strict attention to detail and delivering high-quality legal services as efficiently as possible.

At Willoughby & Associates, Jennifer focuses on all aspects of domestic relations, litigation, and probate matters, helping clients probate estates and determine their rights and responsibilities after the death of a loved one. She also assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Jennifer is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Family Law Section, and the First Judicial Bar Association. She is an active volunteer in her children’s school in Jefferson County.

About Jennifer

Jennifer lives in Genesee, in the foothills west of Denver. She enjoys spending time with her husband and eleven-year-old twins, and is an avid Iron-distance triathlete. In their free time, her family spends its time in the mountains in and around Vail, Colorado, either on the slopes, the trails, or exploring the roads by two wheels.
