About Missy
Missy’s family has truly embraced the Evergreen – Golden area, creating lasting roots over the past 25 years. Their journey from Australia to Canada and various stops along the way has shaped their unique story. It’s heartwarming to hear that Missy’s adult daughter and son have also chosen Colorado as their permanent home, continuing the family legacy. Each has impacted the community through volunteerism at PTA, Rotary, Advisory Councils and hopes to continue making a difference locally.
Missy’s husband is from Melbourne, Australia, and the family has enjoyed trips to Oz to keep the family connections and his accent strong along with a good supply of vegemite.
Finally, let’s not forget the 4-legged family member from Nova Scotia – the Duck Tolling Retriever who keeps the backyard wildlife in order.
